Yuval Boger, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, General Manager, and Vice President, Yuval critically impacted the formation, growth, and success of four emerging high-tech companies over fifteen years. As CEO of Oblicore, provider of service delivery management software, he transformed the company from a struggling start-up into a market leader, achieving triple-digit revenue growth, raising substantial venture capital and building a strong management infrastructure. As Founder and CEO of Unwired Express, a provider of context-sensitive wireless data applications for the enterprise, he formed important customer, industry and investor partnerships and co-invented the company's patent-pending technology. As General Manager and Vice President at RADCOM [NASDAQ: RDCM], he led the development and marketing of the company's flagship product that generated over $100M in sales and helped grow this 15-person start-up into a $30M public company. As co-founder of Talia Technology, an innovative medical diagnostic company with global presence, Yuval helped bootstrap the company, and led the software development and early sales and marketing activities. Prior to his commercial activities, he had a distinguished 8-year military career. Yuval received a Master's of Physics degree at Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Larry Brown, President and Founder
Larry has over 15 years experience in applied optics. He has a PhD from Johns Hopkins where he specialized in vision science. Larry also completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. He has advanced computer experience as well, including programming simulations for particle physics experiments and biological neural networks.
In addition to his academic work, Larry has served on the board of the Baltimore Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Larry is an alumnus of the MindShare program, an invitation-only program that selects the most promising high-tech business leaders in the DC area and coaches them how to make their companies successful.

Dana Skaddan, COO
Dana Skaddan has over 20 years of successful manufacturing operations experience as President, General Manager and SVP of a wide range of manufacturing companies.
Mr. Skaddan's experience includes the manufacturing management of a $30 million, Mil Q 9858 military electronics manufacturing division of TRW, and general management leadership to military (Mil I 45208) and commercial industrial component and aerospace companies ranging in size from $7 million to $86 million. Before joining Sensics, Dana was a senior partner of PriceIntereactive, a start-up he helped build to 150 employees before selling the company for over $100 million in 2001. Dana is a Harvard MBA.

Meir Machlin, CTO
Mr. Machlin has over 13 years of broad experience in senior R&D and technology positions in the Hi-Tech and defense.
Prior joining Sensics, Meir was director of product architecture at Trust Digital, an enterprise security firm focusing on mobile devices. Before Trust Digital, Meir was the Director, System Engineering & Project Management at Prime Sense, Developing a 3D Camera Sensor. This included complete responsibility over all R&D and system design aspects, management of a multidisciplinary development team, comprised of physicists and electronics engineers, as well as responsibility for system research, chip architecture and design. During his tenure, Meir led all activities while moving from a prototype to mass production stage, while overseeing work with multiple global design and manufacturing partners.
Meir holds an Electrical Engineer (M.Sc.) degree from Ben Gurion University and is the author of several pending patents in the 3D camera domain.
