Sensics to Present Panoramic HMD at Paris Air Show
Cutting-edge head-mounted display featuring high resolution and panoramic field of view to be showcased in various design and training scenarios
Baltimore, MD– June 5th, 2007 – Sensics, the panoramic head-mounted display (HMD) company, announced today that it will exhibit at the International Paris Air Show, taking place from June 18th to June 24th in Le Bourget, France.
Exhibiting in Hall B, booth 15b together with its partner Immersion SAS and as part of the State of Maryland booth, Sensics will demonstrate its recently-improved piSight™ 103-32b panoramic display featuring a wide field of view of over 100 degrees and nearly 3 million pixels per eye. This popular display is an excellent fit for many virtual design as well as simulation applications, and has been recently selected for use by several leading aerospace companies and defense contractors.
Various usage scenarios will be demonstrated, featuring popular off-the-shelf software solutions such as Virtools by Dassault Systemes.
